In my current search for work I have come across recruiters complaining that there is no talent or not good enough. Maybe they need to look at what they are offering to potential applicants. Sure we are in a recession, economic hard times for everyone and we should be grateful to get a job offered. Does this justify for companies to offer nothing more than a low paying job with no incentive or motivation to give our best.
